Software Engineer
You will be developing cutting edge software with state of the art
technologies. You must know C/C++ and Java. You must have at least 7 years
experience in software development on either Solaris, or Windows NT platform
using C/C++ or Java. You will work with our development group to create
cross platform enterprise applications. Knowledge of Internet protocols
- http, ftp, smtp, iiop - is required. A fair understainding of Internet
technologies including CGI, NSAPI, HTTP is also required. You must be able
to speak HTML as your second language.

Sales Executive
In this position you will be responsible for selling our products and
services to prospective clients. A good understanding of the Internet marketplace
is required. Some travel will be required. Organization, and public relations
skills will be definite pluses.
 
Director - Business Development
We need a qualified candidate to take over the area of business development.
ONCR has a great history of products and services. We have managed to survive
through the downturn. The economy is now all set to rebound. You must have
the vision and direction to take ONCR to the next level. You must have at
least 15 years of Sales/Marketing or Business Development experience in
a similar organization. You must also have a solid list of leads/clients
in this field. Compensation will not be an issue for the right person. Stock
options and/or profit sharing will also be considered for the right candidate.
